Social Pulse is an Instagram analytics tool that scrapes public post comments and runs them through an AI sentiment model. It tells you what percentage of your audience reacts positively, negatively, or neutrally — without you needing to read every comment yourself.
You do not need your own account. Social Pulse uses a pre-authenticated backend session to fetch comments. You just paste the public post URL and the tool does the rest. It only works on public Instagram posts.
Scrape results are stored temporarily in the database only for session tracking and may be cleared periodically. We never sell or share your data. Your uploaded CSV files are only analyzed in memory and are not written to permanent storage.
The model is tuned for short, informal text like social media comments. It handles emojis, slang, and mixed language reasonably well but is not perfect — especially for sarcasm or highly regional expressions. Treat it as a fast signal, not a scientific score.
The scraper fetches up to 200 comments per Instagram post. For CSV uploads, there is no hard cap — though very large files (10,000+ rows) may take a few minutes to process. The file size limit is 10 MB.
